Helping Hands is a support layer that fuses the Kingfisher propositions to prevent our customers from running into problems and connects them with the right form of support. 

From customer, professional and colleague research we found that there’s different levels of support needed at different times in the lifetime of a home improvement project. 

With helping hands customers can access general advice, video chat to a colleague or hire a professional to offer the type of advice and depth they need at each step of their project.
